Important Information on Currencies & Payments

You will be asked to select your preferred currency (USD or NZD) at the final step of the registration process.

New Zealand Dollar (NZD): Recommended currency for payment. Payments can be made via Credit Card (Stripe) or Bank Transfer.
United States Dollar (USD): Payment by USD is accepted, however payment is recommended in NZD. Please note that if paying in USD, payment will be accepted via Bank Transfer only. A USD $25 bank fee will be added to the invoice.

Please note: All bank fees and charges related to international transfers must be paid by the delegate. The full invoiced amount must be received by the organisers — any shortfall resulting from bank fees will remain the delegate’s responsibility.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing.

By 16 June 2026 – 100% refund
From 17 - 23 June 2026 – 75% refund
From 24 - 30 June 2026 – 50% refund
From 1 - 7 July 2026 - 25% refund
After 8 July 2026: No refund
No-shows: No refund

In the event that a visa application is declined, refund requests will only be considered if the visa application was submitted prior to 10 June 2026 and is accompanied by official written evidence of the visa refusal.

No refunds will be available for visa applications lodged on or after 10 June 2026.

Any approved refund will be processed less any non-refundable credit card processing fees and international bank transfer charges.
