Mr Parulkar is based in India. He undertook a post graduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in the USA. Mr Parulkar is a past President of the Indian Pest Control Association over 2015-17.  

Mr. Gerwyn Jones

Pest Management Association of New Zealand (PMANZ)

Mr Jones has been involved in the pest management industry for over 25 years both in the United Kingdom and the Asia Pacific Region.

He currently sits on the Executive Council of PMANZ, is a registered assessor of Urban Pest Management courses and has a passion for training and development in the pest control industry.

Ms. Bavani Palanivellu

Singapore Pest Management Association (SPMA)

Bavani Palanivellu is a respected figure in the pest management industry, combining business acumen with strong industry leadership. She currently serves as Treasurer of FAOPMA, where she plays a key role in ensuring financial governance and supporting the organisation’s strategic growth across Asia and Oceania. She also contributes to the sector locally as Secretary of the Singapore Pest Management Association (SPMA), helping to strengthen industry standards and member engagement.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (International Business Relations), Bavani brings both formal training and a decade of hands-on experience to her roles. Her career reflects a strong commitment to building collaborative relationships, advancing professionalism in pest management, and fostering greater recognition of the industry’s role in safeguarding communities.

Mr. Robert Boschma

Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association Ltd. (AEPMA)

Rob Boschma leads Specialist Termite Control in Melbourne, bringing over two decades of hands-on experience in termite and timber pest management. He joined the family business in 2000 and has since driven innovation in both technical solutions and customer experience.

Rob seldom works in the field these days, but remains deeply engaged with clients and uses that perspective to shape company strategy.

Rob is a prominent figure in the Australian pest industry. He’s a regular speaker at Pesticon events and has served as a Director on the national body AEPMA, currently holding the role of President. Rob advocates for elevated professional standards in pest management, encourages knowledge sharing, and supports continuous education across the sector.

Ms. Regine Lim

Entopest Environmental Services (Malaysia)

Regine Lim is an accomplished leader in the pest management sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Entopest Environmental Services and as an Executive Committee (ExCo) Member of FAOPMA.

With a background in entomology from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Regine has built a career spanning more than two decades. She began her journey with Ridpest in Kuala Lumpur before moving to Ecolab, where she advanced to Regional Manager overseeing operations across Southeast Asia. In 2010, she founded Ecogreen Pest Management in Penang, later leading its integration into Entopest in 2018.

At Entopest, Regine manages a nationwide portfolio with a team of more than 100 staff, driving innovation in pest control, disinfection services, and sustainable solutions. Her appointment to the FAOPMA ExCo highlights her commitment to advancing professional standards across Asia and Oceania.

Beyond her technical expertise, she is a strong advocate for women in pest management, championing greater representation and leadership opportunities in what has traditionally been a male-dominated field.

Mr. Sathes Chandran

Pesterminators Pvt Ltd

Sathes Chandran is a recognised leader in pest management and the Founder & CEO of Pesterminators Pvt Ltd, a company at the forefront of eco-friendly and technology-driven pest solutions in South Asia. Trained as an entomologist, Sathes has combined scientific expertise with strategic business leadership to develop integrated pest management services that meet rigorous food safety and environmental standards.

Under his direction, Pesterminators has embraced innovation in R&D, digital monitoring, and sustainable control methods, expanding its influence across the Maldives and Sri Lanka.

Sathes also contributes to the wider industry as a Special Expert Member of FAOPMA, where he provides insights into emerging technologies, training, and international best practice standards. Beyond business, he has trained more than 600 industry participants, reflecting his commitment to knowledge sharing and capacity building across the region.

Ms. Caren Baisas

LEADS Environmental Health (Philippines)

Caren Baisas is the CEO of LEADS Environmental Health, a leading pest management and environmental health company in the Philippines. With a strong focus on education, training, and innovation, she has positioned LEADS EH as a pioneer in professional development within the industry.

As a Special Expert Member of FAOPMA, Caren contributes her expertise in training, capacity building, and industry engagement, supporting the federation’s mission to raise professional standards across Asia and Oceania. She has hosted and moderated sessions at FAOPMA conferences, helping to connect regional pest managers with global best practices.

Her leadership has been especially evident during challenging times, where she has championed efficient online learning platforms and initiatives that ensure pest management professionals continue to build skills despite industry disruptions. Caren is recognised as both a business leader and an advocate for continuous education, collaboration, and excellence in pest management.

Mr Stephen Ware

Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association Ltd. (AEPMA)

Mr Stephen Ware is the Executive Director of the Australian Environmental Pest Management Association (AEPMA) as well as FAOPMA. He is an experienced manager of industry Associations, with a background in strategic management, government and corporate has proven success in regulatory matters in multiple jurisdictions.

Mr Taro Kanazawa

Japan Pest Control Association (JPCA)

Mr Kanazawa is the Director of Dynamic Sanito Inc. (Japan) and Dynamic Sanito SEA(Singapore). He has extensive experience in running pest control businesses and foodsafety consultancy businesses in Japan and South East Asia.
