Booking Terms & Conditions

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is up to 11:00. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability.
Guarantee: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. Payment will not be taken at the time of booking; the card is for guarantee purposes only.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is fully flexible up until 30 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 30 days, a one-night cancellation fee applies. Within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the accommodation cost will be chargeable.
Credit Card Surcharge: A surcharge of 1.8% will be applicable on all credit card and contactless transactions associated with your booking.
